Tobias Mohr
As Head of IT Architecture & Production Systems, I am responsible for the IT landscape’s overall architecture and the process organization of a corporate IT department. Together with Marlene, I strive to drive digital transformation with state-of-the-art technologies, lightweight architectures, team topologies, and processes within a brownfield IT environment.
In this endeavor, I benefit from my experiences made at previous engagements. For example, I built and scaled a software engineering organization as Head of Technology at a digital corporate startup and worked as Head of IT Strategy & Governance for several years.
